If the temperature appears incorrect or two dashes are displayed (TH01) or “Sensor Error” (TH05) shows where the temperature should be displayed, this would indicate a damaged floor sensor, or two probes have been connected instead of one. If the temperature is reading abnormally high there is a chance two sensors have been connected and are doubling the actual floor temperature.
If the system was installed later than January 2016, Warmfloor include a spare probe with every thermostat sold. Have an electrician check if there is a spare floor probe sitting disconnected in the flush box behind the thermostat.
