25 Year Warranty Claim

We are sorry you have a problem with your underfloor heating.

A 25 year warranty is offered when your Installer has been trained and certified by Warmfloor Heating Limited. If you are unsure of your installer’s status you can visit our website http://www.warmfloornz.com/suppliers-installers and enter your location and search the Approved Installers from each of our suppliers in your region. If you are unable to find your installers name here please email us at info@warmfloornz.com with his name and company details and we can clarify if this installer is registered with us.

Please contact your Approved Installer and make them aware of the fault and then a Warmfloor representative will contact both yourself and your installer.
