We are sorry you have a problem with your underfloor heating.
So Warmfloor can better ascertain the problem you will need to engage the services of an Electrician and have him complete Section Two of the Claim form.
This initial Electrical site visit is not covered by our Warranty. We suggest your chosen Electrician contacts Warmfloor prior to arranging the site visit so we can offer some guidance and make this visit the most cost effective for your solution.
Once we receive the completed Warranty form, where you have completed section one and your electrician has completed section two please return this to info@warmfloornz.com. We will then provide further assistance.
